6. Computational Aspects of Structural Acoustics and Vibration

Document Actions
Organizers: Roger Ohayon (CNAM) and Goran Sandberg (LTH). The aim of these lectures is to address recent advances in the computational modelling of structural acoustics and vibration. The E-atelier publishes online the 6 lectures of R. Ohayon (CNAM, Paris, France) on Interior structural acoustics linearized equations for an elastic structure containing an inviscid fluid, Choice of state variables, Corresponding variational formulations, Discussion on the symmetry of the formulations, Finite element discretization and reduced order models for modal analysis case; and the 7 lectures of G. Sandberg (LTH, Lund University, Sweden) on Basic finite element formulations for fluid-structure interaction, the use of different variables, the modal reduction of FSI, the illustration of software implementation, and practise of examples to demonstrate the possibilities of FSI.
