Event 23: Computational Techniques in Food Engineering
The workshop reviewed the
state-of-the-art in computational methods
for the optimisation and control of food technologies.
The Pdf. version of some of the lectures is also available on line at: http://www.eua4x.net/e-atelier/virtualschool
The scientific program of the workshop covered a wide scope of research on the use of mathematical and computing techniques in food processing. The experience of international experts has been shared with the participants covering modelling and simulation of unit operations and process plants, food processes optimisation, decision support systems, scheduling and control, food properties measurements and quality control. The Pdf. version of the lectures is also available online in the Virtual School of the E-Atelier
