Virtual School: Terms of usage
1. Disclaimer of warranties
The EUA4X E-Atelier is provided by the TCN Consortium and the partners of the EUA4X project for free, no fee is due by the Student. With the registration to the EUA4X E-Atelier the Students agrees to connect to the virtual school website at his own expenses and to use EUA4X E-Atelier materials at his/her own risk. The materials are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. The EUA4X project partnership do not warrant that the material will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the EUA4X E-Atelier website or the server that makes it available are free of virus or other harmful components. The TCN Consortium and the partners of the EUA4X Project do not warrant regarding the use or the result of the use of the service or goods in the E-Atelier website in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise. The content of the E-Atelier is licensed by TCN Consortium under Creative Commons (3.0).
2. Limitation of liability
In no event shall TCN Consortium and the partners of the EUA4X Project be liable for any special, indirect, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever resulting from business, data or profit, litigation and the like otherwise, whether based on tort, negligence, product or service liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. Privacy
TCN respects the privacy of people who visit or use the E-Atelier. This privacy statement reflects the current information practices of the Italian Law, D.lgs. n. 196/2003 (before art. 10 law 675/1996), in defence of privacy. Your personal data will be used exclusively by TCN S.c.a.r.l in the frame of the EUA4X Project' activities. Any other use will require your explicit authorization.
